Sometimes if it didn't hit an attack, it hit a Demon Form, or Shockwave or Impervious. Or it let me know that I wasn't going to do it this turn. I had a Shuriken in my last run, so using Havok first, to see if I got an attack helped me get 3 attacks per turn more often. Early on in the game, you have 3 energy, but FIVE cards, there's no way you can play all those cards! unless 1 costs 0 and gives you free block for doing something you're probably already doing anyway! Later on in the game, you have more energy so having a card that doesn't do anything on its own is less good, but good thing Pommel Strike is good and common! A little bit of card draw means that for the cost of a card, you're making like 15 block off attacks, so your HP stays higher AND also things die faster so you lose even less HP.Īlso I really like Havoc+. Upgraded, its a full on Defend for every attack you play. its okayish unupgraded, but it scales super well with an upgrade. I'm REALLY not good at Ironclad, but I think part of it is that I didn't realize that Rage was actually good. Yea, just did this and made big brain 0 cost plays all the way to the (maw) bank. He just ran into the four Shapes encounter and ate all of them on turn 1.ĭual wield is an auto pick with snecko, btw. Sorry for the double post, but if you can get onto Twitch Lifecoach is having a crazy run that is also a masterclass on how to use Feed. Proudly supporting vanilla legends 1994-2014 Buy Feel No Pain in a shop and the Gremlin Leader starts with a Fat Gremlin and a Shield Gremlin buy a potion and one of them will be a Wizard take a different boss relic in Act 1 and the elite with be Book of Stabbing instead. Technically yes, but STS uses multiple seeded counters to determine its "RNG" and these interact in many ways. Are the in-battle random events also determined by the seed, I assume? Eg whether slimes will attack or debuff on turn 1, what kind of minions the goblin lord will summon, etc.
